reach the famous Gray Rock, your canoe will probably be
upended and you will have to repack and start

canoeists on the riverbank, the ones who just enjoyed a
laugh at your expense, and laugh at the next group
floating by. It is possible to get by Grey Rock without tipping over or crashing into the rock or other canoes. But, it requires skill, experience, communication, and teamwork.
